What is Arévo Institute?
A physician-led functional medicine, longevity, and performance practice serving Covington, Mandeville, and Louisiana’s Northshore.
What is functional medicine?
An approach that looks at how metabolism, hormones, body composition, movement, sleep, and lifestyle interact — rather than treating a single symptom in isolation.
How is Arévo different from traditional healthcare?
Arévo combines medical care, objective measurement, and movement science in one plan, with more time for evaluation and reassessment over time. It complements, rather than replaces, primary and specialty care.
Will I see Dr. Chad Hobbs?
Yes. Dr. Hobbs is directly involved in evaluation, clinical strategy, medical decision-making, and ongoing care.
What is The Arévo Baseline?
The physician-led starting point: an evaluation and selected assessments that clarify your health, function, risks, and goals before a plan is built. Not every patient requires every test.
Does Arévo offer memberships?
Yes. Arévo offers several physician-led membership pathways, including GLP-1 + Weight Management, Hormone Optimization, Hormone Optimization + GLP-1, and Executive Longevity.
How do I learn about current membership pricing?
Contact the office by phone or email. Recommendations and pricing are individualized based on your evaluation.
Do you offer GLP-1 weight management?
Yes, for appropriate patients, with DEXA monitoring and a muscle-preservation strategy. Medication costs are separate from membership fees.
Do you offer hormone optimization?
Yes. Hormone optimization is physician-led and based on clinical evaluation and laboratory testing, with ongoing monitoring when treatment is appropriate.
What is a DEXA scan?
A scan that measures body composition — fat mass and lean mass — giving more context than scale weight alone.
What is VO2 Max testing?
An objective measure of aerobic capacity and a practical marker of cardiovascular fitness.
Does Arévo offer benefits for military and first responders?
Arévo is developing preferred access and discounted opportunities on eligible self-pay services for qualifying law enforcement, firefighters, public-safety professionals, active-duty military, and veterans. Contact us for details.
Where is Arévo located?
Arévo serves Mandeville, Covington, and Louisiana’s Northshore in St. Tammany Parish. Call the office for visit details.
